What is it with parking in Sandwell ?

It should come as no real surpise if you are of a certain age. As a Boy and Young Man I remember Shopping In Bearwood, once Smewthwickls Premier Shopping Area. There was n need to visit the City for Good Quality if we wanted the Department Stores, M&S, Littlewoods, we caught the 220 or 221 to West Bromwich. But alas along came Sandwell Labour they wiped out Bearwood so now they are working on West Bromwich. What do you expect?

I have looked. It's all very well saying you will do this and that but you need to have a fully costed proposal to put to voters.
