Sandwell VE day

 

Not a word, not a single word on what the 8^th May or what VE day means, I'm please to hear there was a little section on local Radio and that’s your lot, have we forgotten what its about ?

I have to wonder if the left wing no longer like the idea of British history being delivered in schools 

for those that do not know 

V-E Day means Victory in Europe Day , 8^th May was the public holiday celebrated in 1945

in all of the Commonwealth countries to calibrate the end of the war in Europe
and the surrender of  Nazi Germany
