Labour's Shadow chancellor Ed Balls fined



Yes for colliding with the parked car then driving off , Labours Ed Balls had to pay a £900 fine, 
a £90 surcharge and contribute £85 towards the costs of prosecution he was also given five penalty points


This is not the first time Ed has had a run in with the Police


Mr Balls was given three points for driving through a red light
and in 2010 he was also fined £60 for using a mobile phone while driving.


Sandwell Tory said
Just think, this man wants us to look up at him ? 
and 
What would you think if someone did this to your car ?
